This was TPD’s first design-build project working for a developer of Lumber Liquidators locations. The owner was so pleased with their experience working with TPD’s construction business that they then asked us to complete several more design-build projects for them across the Eastern U.S. This building totals 20,000 square feet and includes warehouse space for the Lumber Liquidators store as well as three additional retail spaces to lease.
