The Pines Senior Living is 60 units of senior housing located in picturesque Ocean Park, Maine.  The owners of the project, The Pines at Ocean Park, brought on TPD to completely renovate 55 1-bedroom units and 5 2-bedroom units in a 7-phase Building Construction Management project.

Each unit has over 500 square feet of living space with included features: open concept living/kitchen area, full-size appliances, baseboard heat, accessible bathroom with grab bars a walk-in shower and ADA toilet, vinyl ‘hardwood’ floors, and an outdoor patio.
