TPD was selected to be the General Contractor for a renovation project at the former Roosevelt School located in downtown Sanford, Maine. Roosevelt School had been a vacant building since the mid-1990’s until the City of Sanford sold the building to be re-purposed into eight luxury 2-3 bedroom apartments. Each unit is unique featuring wood floors, tile bathrooms, stainless appliances, and open concept layout.
