Lee, NH
The Lee, New Hampshire Life Storage location is a 11,700 SF single story storage facility additional building. Key features to this project are climate controlled storage units with 27/7 access. The Lee location is the second storage facility that TPD has completed for Life Storage.
South Portland, ME
The third Life Storage facility that TPD completed is located on Western Ave in South Portland, Maine. This locations is similar to the Saco location being a new construction, 3-story climate controlled indoor storage facility with an indoor elevator as well as 24/7 access to units, but large in size at 89,299 SF.
