During the 2019 construction season, TPD provided exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and a can-do attitude while working on Baker’s expansion project. This project encompassed over 20k square feet of new modernized space to include a new shipping and receiving warehouse, loading dock, a building that will house our new state-of-the-art Powder Coat line, and all the needed infrastructure. Our expansion project lasted through the winter months, and during this time TPD provided excellent communications as well as top-level problem solving to help us through weather delays and unforeseen issues that can be extremely challenging to plan for.
Although I had the opportunity to meet and work with many of TPD’s crew and subs; all of who are extremely professional and easy to work with, I would like to give recognition to TPD’s leadership. Mr. Kevin Coons, Project Manager, and Mr. Greg Dumont, Site Superintendent. I personally have over 20 years as a Facility Manager and Capitol Contract Representative, and I will say that these two are the most professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with field engineers I’ve worked with in that time. If there was an issue, they had the solution, and if something didn’t make sense, they always had a better idea or a better way of completing the task at hand.
Towards the end of our expansion project, it was evident that we were behind schedule due to weather delays, and some last-minute changes that were driven by Baker’s leadership. TPD remained focused and empathetic to our situation. Leadership was steadfast and they remained on the project until the end with zero reservation.
In the end, I give TPD Construction my highest recommendation. Their leadership and craftsmanship are top-level, they stand by their work, and they will help you through your project small or large.”
