This project was built for Community Housing Alternatives for Maine People (CHAMP), which is now part of York County Shelter Programs. Inspectors from the Maine State Housing Authority and Joy & Hamilton Architects, Inc. had a surprise when they did a final review of the Bates Street Apartments workforce house project. They found no punch list items at all because everything had been completed exactly as they wanted.
