Located just off of Washington Ave in Portland, ME, sits Washington Gardens, a community of 100 low-income public housing units managed through Portland Housing Authority. TPD was brought on to renovate all the existing buildings with exterior siding, decking, walkways, landscaping, interior windows, flooring, and painting. This project was completed in 5 phases over the course of 18 months allowing residents to move over to renovated sections once phases were complete.
