The Gawron Turgeon architectural team had not worked with TPD Construction prior to the McArthur Construction project but quickly realized that they had a true partner they could trust on this construction of a three-story apartment building.
We completed the project early, in what Architect Rebecca Dillon described as “a rarity these days.” The housing for low-income elderly residents had nearly 24,000 square feet of gross floor area; 20 one-bedroom apartments; three communal laundry rooms, and a community room.
