Brand new construction of a two story, six unit, multifamily, affordable housing for Fair Tide. TPD worked along with Mainspring Collective at the property next door to Fair Tide apartments to build a new larger location for Fair Tide Thrift Store as well as Footprints Market Food Pantry.
