Located on Amherst Street in Sanford, Maine, the top floor is comprised of 4 spacious studio efficiency units, and the bottom floor 4 larger multi-bedroom units. Each unit layout is unique with ample natural light. There is a common laundry room on each floor, and a community room on the lower level.
