I would like to take the time to express my sincere thanks to TPD Construction for their work in constructing or new Fire Sub-Station in Wells ME.
In the Summer of 2020 the crew worked diligently to coordinate and build the station during the pandemic. No small feet to accomplish during trying times. They worked very well with me and the Town to ensure the project was built to the specifications given and within a very tight budget.
Several shortcomings in the Architects specifications required there to be several meetings and site reviews to explain the issues and find a suitable and affordable solution. Project Manager, Kevin Coons and Site Superintendent Josh Howe were excellent to work with to discuss solutions and develop ideas for resolution.
“In addition, the team kept in close communication to assist us in saving money to allow for other additions that were not planned out by the Town beforehand. Their excellent professionalism, dedication and customer service was honestly second to none.”
They worked well with me to keep track of all our changes and it was never a bother to change, add or delete items to make the building more suitable to our needs.
On behalf of the Town of Wells and the Wells Fire Department I would highly recommend TPD construction to fulfill your next building construction project.
