One of several Family Dollar stores completed by TPD Construction Co., the Ayer location involved demolishing a former car wash structure and performing extensive site work in order to prepare the lot for the new store.

This 9,200 square foot building boasts the easy maintenance and large open floor space of a pre-engineered metal building, with stucco and Nichiha panels on the front exterior wall to make it an attractive and inviting retail location.
