This property, located at the busy intersection of Nashua Rd and Lakeview Ave in Dracut, is a perfect location for a Dollar General retail chain. However, preparing the property required extensive site work, including removing ledge and installing extensive stormwater control system; and because the property borders a wetland, a detailed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) had to be closely followed throughout the construction process to prevent damage to the environment.
TPD also worked closely with town officials and neighbors in this mixed-use commercial/residential area in order to minimize disturbance to those living and working nearby. This 9,200 square foot pre-engineered metal building features a standing seam roof and split-face masonry front wall to provide a low-maintenance structure that fits well into the surrounding neighborhood.
