Yarmouth, ME
This creative adaptive reuse project involved complete interior and exterior historic renovation as well as a building addition that converted the former home of the Yarmouth Water District into a museum-quality space for exhibits, lectures, archives and offices for the Historical Society of Yarmouth, Maine.
Situated on the banks of the Royal River, the recondition and reuse of an over 80-year-old stone wall from the original building adds to its historic character, while high-end finishes including hardwood floors and maple trim combine with ample natural light for an elegant space for events and exhibits.
